The way we frame things in our head will become our reality even if it’s not our actual reality.
Days can be bad sometimes.
Or was it really a bad day?
There is a famous quote that goes, “Did you have a bad day or did you have a bad five minutes that you dwelled on for a day?”
We tend to hold on to things as humans. It’s unfortunate. We know not to do it, yet we still do.
So here’s an exercise for you to do: Let it go.
So before you say the words that today was a bad day, really think about it. Are you dwelling on 5 bad minutes? Are you overlooking all the good that happen? Are you painting a picture that really is not there?
