I've been doing CrossFit for 8 years now. My athletic back ground is football it really related to CrossFit and that specific type of training. Only competed in a handful of city wide competitions so far but looking forward to signing up for another one in the near future. CrossFit has changed my life and my health, being able to come to a job with a great atmosphere and talented people really make the job enjoyable. I cant wait to expand my knowledge and coaching at my CrossFit gym.
My turning point was exactly 8 years ago. I had a gym membership that i stopped using, started eating bad and didn't workout. I knew I had to make a change and I was introduced to CrossFit by a friend. It changed my life for the better and i haven't stopped since.
I've always been approached by strangers and co-workers about lifting and better fitness. It felt like this is my calling something and I should really commit to it and focus more of my time on. I'm really inspired to help other on their fitness and a better way of living. Its a fun job to talk about fitness and weights, it's my home away from home.
