As you start thanking others and for what you have today, make sure to take a moment and thank yourself.
It's very easy to forget about yourself. But at the end of the day, you are the one who takes care of yourself the most.
You make the decision to go to the gym consistently. You are the one who chooses to cook or eat at home instead of going out to eat every night. You are the one who goes to bed early instead of going out yet again.
Thank yourself for taking care of yourself. Trust me when I say, most people do not. As your coaches we provide you the accountability, guidance, knowledge and expertise but at the end of the day, YOU make the decision.
