If you are in town or are looking for a new CrossFit gym, come workout with us! We are more than happy to have you experience our great coaching and community.
• Sign up, pay for your drop-in pass here and fill out the waiver.
• You will then be prompted to schedule your class.
• Arrive a few minutes before and check-in digitally at our iPad.
• Your coach will introduce themselves to you and then jump into a class!
Have a minimum of 3 months of CrossFit experience to drop into our classes. If you have any current injuries, please notify your coach so we can appropriately modify for you.
