Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I grew up playing sports and I always knew I really wanted to do something athletic-related with my career. I served in the Marine Corps for 4 years from 2005-2009. Once I left the Marine Corps, I began the college career that ended with me graduating from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. I love and have a passion for coaching, helping, and guiding people so I am living my dream job at Crossfit Be Someone. But my greatest love in the world is my daughter Myla.
CrossFit means a lot to me. CrossFit has allowed me to find out a lot about myself but more importantly, has been instrumental in me becoming the greatest version of myself. I have met some of the greatest people because of CrossFit and it has introduced me to some of the greatest role models there is in life. Coaching means that I have the ability to truly affect people. I understand that my only effect on people should NOT just be coaching them how to move. Coaching means influencing people beyond just being a great athlete, I need to influence them to be the greatest person they can be. I love to coach because I love to make a difference. I want people to know that when they come to my class, they are going to leave with a smile no matter what occurred previously during their day. I love to make people healthy and fit but more importantly, I love to make people happy!
