"Once I earn more income, then I'll get good with my budget"
That is not how it works when it comes to finance or fitness or just life.
But let's focus on fitness.
In order for you to accomplish the goal you desire in fitness, you need to take on the identity of the person who accomplishes fitness goals.
You need to identify yourself as that individual before the outcome has even occurred.
What does the individual who shows up to the gym consistently do? You need to start having their mindset, habits and discipline today even though you may only show up once or twice to the gym.
And while you may only show up once or twice, that identity will lead to you showing up three times a week in a couple of weeks. And then eventually, you will find yourself showing up five to six times a week.
I'm not saying it's going to be easy, because you are literally challenging what you know. But the pay off will be HUGE. You become the person and achieve the goals you've desired.
Don't expect for your goals to just occur, because they won't. No matter how nice of a person you are.
You have to earn them and work for them. You have to take on the identity of who it is you want to become today in order for you to accomplish the goals you desire in the future.
