As a HYROX affiliate in Houston, we will set you up for success on your next HYROX event. Our CrossFit group classes deliver high-intensity functional training that builds your metabolic conditioning, strength endurance, and movement patterns needed to excel in HYROX 's demanding race format (1km runs plus functional stations repeated 8 times), while boosting overall athleticism, mobility, injury resilience, and performance in other sports or daily life.
We also have a dedicated group Hyrox class every Saturday at 9:30am. This class will expose you to longer efforts and HYROX movements to build awareness, confidence and ability.
In our Saturday workouts, you'll take part in a mix of running intervals, functional strength stations, sled pushes and pulls, rowing, wall ball shots, lunges, burpee broad jumps, and more. Class will be an hour long and include a balance of endurance, stamina, strength, and skill based movements. With our Saturday HYROX class and our CrossFit group classes, you will be prepared for the true HYROX race demands. As a member, you'll gain increased cardiovascular capacity, improved muscular endurance, and greater mental resilience, supported by expert coaching and a motivating gym community. No fitness experience needed.
