Change is scary. Change is uncomfortable. Change is challenging. Change is frustrating. But change is how we move forward in life.
CrossFit is great in preparing us for the unknowable. Whatever workout gets thrown at you, if you have been doing CrossFit consistently, then you are ready for it even though you have not trained for that particular workout.
This is a great representation of life. CrossFit prepares us for this. CrossFit prepares us for change. We have no idea what life is going to throw at you, but what you do know is that you are able to overcome it.
How do you know this? You prove it to yourself everyday at your CrossFit gym. You overcome those challenging workouts.
Whatever change you are required to make, make it. You will be better off for it. Change your sleep schedule. Change your eating habits. Change your circle. Change your mindset.
It won't happen overnight, just take any change you are looking to make one day at a time. Know that you can do it. Know that your goals depend on your ability to make the required changes.
