I want to say thank you to everyone who participated in this challenge. Whether you completed it, did only half of it, only focused on one category or only did it for one day, I appreciate your effort.
I personally believe this Whole Life Challenge is a challenge that can literally change the direction of your life. Our habits dictate our life's and these (4) very powerful habits are critical to all of us. I urge you to keep the challenge task list in a place that you will continue to see it.
Continue to practice what you learned during this challenge everyday going forward. If you did not do it or only did some of it, that is ok. But do try to implement this going forward. You have the emails of the challenge in your inbox, go back to those emails and print out the sheets.
Remember at the end of the day, you control your life. How you control your life is by the habits you develop. Your habits dictate the outcomes you get.
