CrossFit gyms are not franchise gyms. We are affiliate gyms.

This means we pay the rights to use the name "CrossFit'" on our gyms and marketing campaigns.

Beyond that, how each CrossFit gym owner decides to operate their gym is 100% up to them. CrossFit has no say so on how each gym is suppose to run it.

But they do share the overall vision of CrossFit and the gyms who operate within that vision, seem to do that best.
