As a Semi-Private Personal Training member, you aren't assigned to just one time slot. Instead, you can attend any of the six Semi-PT sessions offered each week, allowing you to choose the times that best fit your work schedule, family responsibilities, or travel plans.

Whether you're an early morning exerciser or prefer training later in the day, you'll have the flexibility to attend the sessions that work best for you.

How Is Semi-Private Personal Training Different From Our CrossFit Membership?

This is an important distinction.

Our Semi-Private Personal Training program is its own membership option.

It is not an add-on to our Unlimited CrossFit membership.

Having an Unlimited CrossFit membership does not provide access to Semi-Private Personal Training sessions.

Likewise, Semi-Private members receive access to the designated Semi-PT schedule rather than our CrossFit group classes.

Because Semi-Private Personal Training includes individualized programming, ongoing coaching, progress tracking, and customized exercise selection, it operates as a completely separate coaching service.
