We are 38 days into the new year.
That means we have a total of 328 days left in 2024.
If you want to look at it as a percentage, we are just over 10% into the new year.
Why am I bringing this to you?
You still have so much time left to keep working on your goal.
It's easy to give up on yourself or question if you will actually achieve your goal because 5 weeks into the new year, you may not notice much of a difference. But I promise you, if you are consistent with your CrossFit workouts and nutrition, you will inch closer to your goal.
If you just focus on your consistency, your goal will become a by product of your hard work. There is no magic pill or magic formula out there. It is straight up consistent hard work on the basics. Show up to the gym, put in your best effort and eat well when you go home.
Take advantage of the remaining 328 days and make it a point to be consistent with your CrossFit workouts and nutrition. I promise you, if you do that, you'll be looking at a different person in the mirror come December 31, 2024.
