These are the steps that lead to change.
These are the steps required to take in order get you to the place you desire.
First, make yourself aware. What is it that you’re doing that you would like to change? What is bothering you? What is holding you back? What triggers you?
Second, declare your intent. What are you going to do about it? What is required from you? What is your plan? How will you accomplish the change? Do you actually want to make a change?
Third, take action. Period.
It’s difficult to take action if you’re not aware on what you want to take action on. Once you make yourself aware, you can claim all the intent in the world but it’s useless if you don’t take any action at all.
Get out and take action.
