We do fixed training at the gym.
It’s a controlled setting and we follow certain repetitions or loading or movement patterns.
Life is not a controlled setting. Life is not a fixed setting for us.
While I know it’s very easy to make it a point to get better in what we do at the gym, ultimately the point of working out is to get better for life.
Continue to be consistent with the gym. Continue to move the needle forward and work on your weaknesses just don’t forget to enjoy life outside of the gym.
Go learn and play new sports. Your new found fitness and abilities is there to help you explore more in this world.
