Love Letter - Remember Your Vision Board?

At the beginning of the year, we had a Vision Board seminar at the gym. We had close to (30) athletes participate in it. For those that weren’t able to make it, we continued to encourage them to create a vision board.

There is so much power to a vision board. Trust me, I know from personal experience. I didn’t believe in a vision board until I finally created one due to a conversation I had with Janet. I felt like I didn’t know where I was going simply because I didn’t know what I was really after. Taking the time to create one, I was able to give myself a path to follow and I’m able to make decisions based on if it aligns with my vision. Creating a vision board takes time. Take your time to really think about what your vision is. It doesn’t matter what age you are, where you’re from, what you do for a living or anything else. EVERYONE can benefit from a vision board. One of the things the most successful people in the world have in common is that they wrote down their visions.

For those who did create a vision board, when was the last time you looked at it? The path to get to your vision is not going to be perfect. It’s going to be challenging and you’re going to find yourself questioning yourself. Place your vision board in a place where you can’t miss it. Place it in a place where it will constantly remind you of what you’re after. I have mine right above my tv, it’s a daily reminder of what I’m after.

If you need help with creating a vision board, let me know. I have all the information from our vision board seminar and I’m willing to help you. I can even put you in touch with the individuals who led the seminar.

Don’t lose sight of your vision.
